Dr. Abdulrahman Al Jamouss Bio

Dr. Abdulrahman Aljamouss is a strategic consultant, academic, trainer, and author with over 15 years of professional experience in workforce development, leadership training, and institutional transformation. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Planning & Performance Management) and advanced certifications in leadership, project management, and organizational excellence.

In his role as an Academic Affairs Specialist at the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) in Qatar, Dr. Aljamouss leads the design and execution of scholarship and study leave policies, workforce development strategies, and academic partnerships. His contributions play a central role in advancing Qatar’s healthcare transformation and are closely aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030.

Beyond his institutional role, Dr. Aljamouss is a highly respected consultant and corporate trainer. Between 2015 and 2024, he designed and delivered more than 240 professional training programs, totaling over 6,000 training hours, in areas such as leadership, strategic planning, project management, HR transformation, and organizational excellence. These programs have benefited professionals across healthcare, education, oil & gas, government, and corporate sectors.
